  • Coordinate Reserved Seating for Special Guests
  • Oversee & Coordinate Vendor Set-up
  • Direct Guest Seating
  • Direct Processional / Recessional / Receiving Line
  • Direct Ceremony Participants Entrance
  • Enforce Wedding Day Itinerary Timing, as defined
  • Serve as Point Person for Bride / Groom

Reception

  • Conduct Reception Site Walk-through, Two-Hours
  • Define Wedding Day Flow and Processes
  • Review Reception Set-up Details and Vendor Movement
  • Review Timing and Schedule
  • Direct Reception Activities,
  • (Ten-hour maximum for ceremony and reception activities)
  • Direct Escort & Seating Card Set-up / Direct Guest Seating
  • Oversee & Coordinate Vendor Set-up
  • Direct Memorial Table Set-up, if applicable
  • Direct Gift Card Table set-up, if applicable
  • Direct Guest Book Set-up, if applicable
  • Direct Menu Card Set-up, if applicable
  • Oversee Cocktail / Reception Hour, if applicable
  • Coordinate Wedding Party Introductions
  • Coordinate First Dance, Toasts, Cake Cutting
  • Coordinate Bride and Groom Departure, if applicable
  • Serve As Mistress/Master of Ceremony, if required
  • Secure Gifts and Personal Belongings, as defined
  • Serve as Point Person for Bride / Groom
  • Assemble take home box – toasting flutes, cake topper, bouquet, guest book, etc.
