A new Dawning was started in 2008 by the former Ms. Dawn Gatling to provide affordable Bridal Consulting and Wedding Planning Services. Dawn saw a need for quality upscale weddings that could fit any budget. Additionally, Dawn wanted to provide a higher level of service for her clients.
